In the sole discretion of CloudTax Inc, it shall be determined whether there has been a violation of these Terms. Your account may also be cancelled or suspended whether there is suspected unauthorized hacking or access. CloudTax reserves the right to cancel or suspend your account without notice to you at any time for any reason, including when you are in default of obligations with respect to the Services. <strong>
