If the user does not remedy the failure within a reasonable period of time following notification or in case Veracity in its sole discretion has basis to believe there is a Security Issue, Veracity may stop or suspend, fully or partially, the provision of the Veracity Service and/or terminate the Agreement with immediate effect without incurring any liabilities.</p> <p>17.3 Termination shall not have effect upon clauses set out in this Agreement which by their nature would be meant to have effect also after the termination of the Agreement, including but not limited to Sections 10 <em>Confidentiality</em>, 13 <em>Limitation of Liability</em> and 14 <em>Indemnifications</em>.</p> <p>
