In the event of a breach of the Agreement, ALZ reserves the right to take further legal steps in addition to terminating the agreement.</li> <li>If Publishers breach any of these provisions (including but not limited to those relating to Data Protection Legislation) and if third parties hold ALZ liable for such violation, ALZ is entitled to demand that such Publishers indemnify it against all costs and expenses it may incur as a result of the breach.
