This Agreement will remain in effect until Customer's subscription to the Platform expires or terminates, or until this Agreement is terminated. Customer may stop using the Platform at anytime and delete its account. Riverside may suspend or terminate Customer's access to the Platform immediately if Customer does not comply with the terms of this Agreement.
