Any violation of the Terms of Service will generate a warning and mandatory removal of the offending material (by either Nuclearfallout employees or voluntarily by the renter) on the first offense, a temporary disabling of the server on the second offense, and a cancellation of service on the third offense. For violations that cause significant damage to Nuclearfallout, the renter may have his or her server disabled on the first offense.
