<ol> <li>Misuse of Member Account: If you repeatedly upload excessive amounts of data, engage in fraud or other illegal activity, infringe any third party rights, fail to comply with the Terms of Service or any other Spring policies, Spring may, in its sole discretion, cancel your listings, suspend your use of Spring tools and reports, restrict or terminate your account, and/or withhold and disburse any proceeds associated with that account.</li>
