We may terminate the Agreement, or suspend and remove access to the Service or any part thereof, temporarily or permanently, at any time including in the event of non-payment of subscription fees, your or your End Users’ actual or suspected unauthorized use of the Service and/or Content, your or your End Users’ non-compliance with the Agreement or if we withdraw the Service (in which case we shall provide you with reasonable notice in advance of doing so).</p> <p> </p> <p>In particular, we may terminate the Agreement, or suspend and remove your Educational Subscription and access to the Service if (i) you or your End Users are, or are deemed to be, infringing any third party intellectual property or other rights. (ii) you are in breach of any of the material provision of the Agreement.
