You must maintain an active credit card associated with your account in order to request payouts.<em>&nbsp. </em>Notwithstanding the foregoing, Zenfolio shall have the right to withhold payouts until you provide an active credit card associated with your account and/or pending investigation of suspicious account activity and to refuse or defer payment for its own protection or for an offset of your obligations to Zenfolio (including for the payment of Photographer Services) or where Zenfolio considers account activity to be in bad faith or to violate these Terms. In the event that a Photographer’s Account has a negative balance, Zenfolio shall have the right to either discontinue placement of orders via the Photographer Services until the negative balance is cured or terminate the account.
