Wave Financial may terminate your subscription, this Agreement and your use of Wave and the Services at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, if you breach this Agreement or we suspect you of fraud or suspect that your Wave account has been compromised in any way.&nbsp;</p> <p>If you are an entity, Wave Financial may also terminate your subscription, this Agreement and your use of Wave, if you: (i) become insolvent or admit your inability to pay your debts generally as they become due. (ii) become subject, voluntarily or involuntarily, to any proceeding under any domestic or foreign bankruptcy or insolvency Law, which is not fully stayed within 10 business days or is not dismissed or vacated within 30 days after filing.
