Your notice should be sent, in writing, to Resilio's address set forth below.<br> <br> <strong>Resilio may at any time terminate the Terms (or portion thereof, such as any individual Additional Terms) with you if:</strong> <br>• You have breached any provision of the Terms (or have acted in a manner that clearly shows you do not intend to, or are unable to, comply with the Terms);<br>• Resilio is required to do so by Law (for example, where the provision of the Services or Materials to you is, or becomes, unlawful);<br>• The provision of the Services to you by Resilio is, in Resilio's opinion, no longer commercially viable;<br>Resilio has elected to discontinue the Services or Materials (or any part thereof). or<br>• There has been an extended period of inactivity in your account.<br> <br>Resilio may also terminate or suspend all or a portion of your account and/or access to the Services for any reason.
