Termination</strong> <p>We may deny you access to all or any part of the Services or terminate your account with or without prior notice if you engage in any conduct or activities that Privado determines, in its sole discretion, violate this Agreement or the rights of Privado or any third party, or is otherwise inappropriate.<br> <br>Either Privado or you may terminate this Agreement by notice if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement and fails to cure such breach within thirty (30) days after receipt of notice of the breach from the non-defaulting party. In addition, Privado may suspend the Services upon notice if you fail to make any payment when due and fail to cure such breach within ten (10) days after receipt of notice of the breach from Privado.
