Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately if the other party: (i) materially breaches ,this Agreement (including any appendices, addenda, OrderForms, schedules and other terms referenced herein) ,and fails to remedy the material breach within thirty (30) days after receiving notice of the material breach (except ,that any breach by Customer of the Certificate Terms of Use will be deemed a materialbreach of this Agreement ,for which DigiCert can immediately terminate this Agreement without a remedy period).
