In addition to the default provision set forth in General Terms and Conditions, Customer will be in Default if:</p> <p>a. Customer abandons or vacates the Premises. or<br> b. Customer breaches the lease or other occupancy agreement under which Customer has the right to occupy the Premises and such breach is not cured within any cure period provided therein. or<br> c. Without the prior written consent of RISE BROADBAND, Customer disconnects, discontinues or decreases the use of the Service or Equipment described in the SOA.</p> <p>
