RISE may terminate YOUR Service for any reason by providing written notice to YOU at least thirty (30) days prior to the termination date, subject to Section 1.4 below. Further, RISE may terminate this Agreement and YOUR Service immediately if it determines, in its sole discretion, that YOU have violated any of the provisions of this Agreement, including but not limited to RISE’s Acceptable Use Policy.
