Rev further reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to the Platform by any End User who violates this Agreement or any Policy.</li> <li>Termination for Cause. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, this Agreement may be terminated as follows: (i) by the non-breaching party upon a material breach of this Agreement by the other party, which breach is not cured within thirty (30) days after receipt of written notice from the non-breaching party.
