If BGA has legitimate reason to believe that the security of the Player Site and/or the Application(s) is violated and/or that a misuse of all or part of the Services is due to unauthorised use of the User's Account, BGA may temporarily suspend the User's access to their Account and/or Premium Subscription and therefore their access to the Services, in order to preserve the integrity of the Player Site and/or the Application(s) and the data and, if necessary, require the User to modify their Identification Details according to its instructions. </p> <p> Likewise, if the User selects a Username as part of the Identification Details enabling them to access their Account that is inappropriate, contrary to good morals or infringing on the rights of a third party, BGA reserves the right to suspend access to the Account concerned and/or to suspend the Premium Subscription in question. </p>
