Flowplayer may, with or without notice, suspend access to the Services and/or terminate the Contract(s) if You are delinquent in paying all or any portion of the Fees. In the event that a Contract is terminated prior to the end of the Term for any reason other than an uncured material breach by Flowplayer, all committed fees for the Term shall become immediately due and owing in full.
