Each party may terminate the Agreement upon written notice if the other party is in material breach of the terms of the Agreement, and such breach is not cured within 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of written notice of such breach. Furthermore, AppsFlyer shall have a right to immediately suspend the Services in the event of: (i) non-payment. (ii) any breach by you of Sections 3-5 of these TOU. or (iii) if required to avoid harm to AppsFlyer or any third party.</li> <li>Upon any termination or expiration of the Agreement, AppsFlyer will cease providing the Services to you, and you will delete all copies of the Codes from all webpages, advertisements and Applications under your control or your account. In the event of any termination: (a) you will not be entitled to any refund of any fees for Services not yet rendered through the date of termination (except where explicitly stated otherwise in an Order Form).
