If either party materially breaches any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement or an Order Form, and such breach is not cured within thirty (30) calendar days of the non-breaching party providing the breaching party of written notice of the breach, the non-breaching party may terminate this Agreement and/or the applicable Order Form, as applicable.</p> <p> <strong>4.3 Effect of Termination or Expiration.</strong>
