If a Partner is entitled to terminate or suspend any Services purchased by Customer through such Partner pursuant to the Partner Agreement and notifies SailPoint of such, SailPoint may suspend or terminate the Services identified by such Partner. Subsequently, if Partner notifies SailPoint that Customer is entitled to reinstatement of any Services purchased by Customer through such Partner pursuant to the Partner Agreement, and Customer is otherwise in compliance with the terms of this SaaS Agreement, SailPoint shall reinstate such Services as soon as reasonably practicable.
