We may bar access to the Services (or any part thereof) for any reason whatsoever, including a breach of any of the Agreement, or if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with any terms or conditions set out herein, or if in our opinion or the opinion of any regulatory authority, tribunal or court of law, it is not suitable to continue providing any aspect of the Services.</p> <p>14.2 Consequences of termination of access by us: Upon our termination of your access to the Services for any reason whatsoever, all rights and/or licences granted to you under these Terms of Use shall immediately cease and terminate and you shall forthwith cease the use of the Services.
