</ol> </li> <li>Termination and suspension<ol> <li>If you do not comply with the terms of this Agreement we may suspend or close your Account and you will not be able to use our Services (including making Bookings). We may also cancel a Booking in accordance with our Cancellation Policy if you do not comply with the terms of this Agreement including your payment obligation in clause 4, and may at our discretion close your Account and terminate this Agreement.</li> <li>If we suspend your Account or access to the Website for any reason, we may refuse to provide you with any Services including the right to make any further Bookings.
