In addition to any other rights to suspend or terminate an Account in the Terms of Use, we may terminate your right to access and use the ScholarshipApp Service immediately, with or without notice, and without liability (i) if we suspect a breach of the Terms of Use or violation of applicable law, (ii) if we are threatened with a legal claim, including for intellectual property infringement, related to the ScholarshipApp Service, or (iii) if we determine that the use of the ScholarshipApp Service by you or our provision of the ScholarshipApp Service has become impractical or unfeasible for any reason.
