Either party may terminate this Agreement, effective immediately upon written notice to the other party, if such party breaches any provision of this Agreement and does not cure the breach within thirty (30) days (or ten (10) days with respect to Client’s payment obligations under <i>Section 7</i>) after receiving written notice thereof. <i>provided, however,</i> FullContact may terminate this Agreement, effective immediately upon written notice to Client without any opportunity to cure, if Client breaches any of the provisions of <i>Sections 3.c, 4.c, 5.b</i> or <i>6</i> hereof.
