Replit may terminate a user’s access to the Service if the user is determined to be a repeat infringer or in Replit’s sole discretion, Replit determines that a user has breached or otherwise violated these Terms. If Replit, in its sole discretion, determines that your User Content violates these Terms for any reason, Replit may at any time, without prior notice and in its sole discretion, remove such User Content and/or terminate a user’s account.
