Vendor may terminate the Assurance Plan without notice if it determines in its sole business judgment that you have requested or received service under the Assurance Plan for a Device not covered by the Assurance Plan, transferred or attempted to transfer the Assurance Plan to another person or entity, or otherwise breached the terms of the Assurance Plan.</p> <p>
