You acknowledge that we may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any part of these Terms. ShapeShift may, without prior notice: suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any portion of the Service, deactivate or cancel your Account, block any Transaction you initiate, or freeze funds associated with your Account if: (i) we are required by a facially valid subpoena, court order, or binding order of a government authority. (ii) we reasonably suspect you of using the Service in connection with a Prohibited Activity.
