Suspension of Service.</strong> Moovweb may suspend Customer’s access to the Service and related services (a) if Customer breaches Section 2.3 (Restrictions) or Section 6 (Customer Obligations), (b) if Customer’s account is 30 days or more overdue, (c) if Customer’s actions risk harm to other customers or the security, availability or integrity of the Service, (d) for suspected or actual violation of the AUP or (e) as required by Laws, court order or other governmental request.
