Stratasys reserves the right to: (a) immediately terminate this Agreement, or otherwise modify, suspend or discontinue Customer's access to and subscription for use of the Software (or any part thereof), in the event Customer commits any breach under this Agreement and, if such breach was curable, fails to cure such breach within five (5) days of notice by Stratasys.
