Whirlwind FX may, without prior notice, remove or disable access to any Member Content that Whirlwind FX finds to be in violation of these Terms or Whirlwind FX's then-current policies or otherwise may be harmful or objectionable to Whirlwind FX, its Members, third parties, or property. Whirlwind FX reserves the right to restrict, block, or otherwise modify and regulate any Member Content to ensure compliance with this paragraph.</p> <p>5.6 Whirlwind FX respects copyright law and expects its Members to do the same.
