We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, deny you access to all or part of Lumosity at any time for any or no reason at all, with or without notice to you. If we terminate your right to access Lumosity, these TOS will terminate and all rights you have to access Lumosity will immediately terminate. however, certain provisions of these TOS will still apply post termination, including without limitation, the Agreement to Arbitrate and Waiver of Class Action Claims provisions.
