You agree that Interac is not liable or responsible for any losses or damages suffered by you because of <em>Interac</em> e-Transfer transactions accepted by you.</p> <h3 id="18eligibilityandyourresponsibilities">1.8 Eligibility and Your Responsibilities:</h3> <p>a) Eligibility: To use the Interac e-Transfer service, you must have reached the age of majority in your province or territory of residence (which is eighteen (18) years old in Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec and Saskatchewan), and nineteen (19) years old in British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut and Yukon).
