Dispute shall include, but not be limited to, (i) any dispute or claim that arose before the existence of these or any prior Terms (including, but not limited to, claims relating to advertising); (ii) any dispute or claim that is currently the subject of purported class action litigation in which you are not a member of a certified class; and (iii) any dispute or claim that may arise after termination of these Terms.
