Case title likely misleading: a web page cannot access a browser's history, simply because there is no such API in JavaScript. There are extensions to common browser which can enable a web page to do so. This is not the case for any web site which you tagged with this case. Therefor, I think this case is misleading people to assume a site could read their entire browser history - which indeed would be a serious issue.
