7.12 In the event your order does not arrive within the estimated timescales presented to you at the time of your order we can not issue a refund or replacement until 7 days has passed since the date of dispatch. After 7 days, if your order has not been located we will offer you a full refund or a replacement. If you order arrives or is returned to us for any reason before the 7 days has passed, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
