Termination Browsi may, at its sole discretion, terminate these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, or any other service rendered by it due to any reason, for any user, or with no reason at all. Browsi may also, in its sole discretion, and at any time discontinue providing the Website, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Website under any provision of these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Browsi may immediately deactivate or delete Your account and all related information and files in Your account (if applicable) and/or bar any further access to such files or the Website. Governing Law This Agreement shall be solely governed by the Laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute arising from it shall be brought only to the competent courts of the Tel-Aviv district. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Browsi and the Company Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, obligations, losses, liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your access or use of the Website or any of our services. (b) any activities or actions by you that violate this Agreement or any third party rights (including, without limitation, any copyright or proprietary rights, or any third party terms of service, privacy policies, licenses or agreements). Your indemnification obligation will survive this Agreement and your use of the Website.
