Signing up for a free account and/or using our paid services indicates agreement with, and acceptance of, these Terms of Service.

EasyHits4U.com is not responsible for any loss of data, profits or other problems associated with using our Web site, including but not limited to lost of credits, referrals, etc.
You agree to use our Web site at your own risk.

EasyHits4U.com is not responsible for the income claims or promises with sites in rotation.
You join any advertised program at your own risk and we advise you to research all business opportunities before you invest any money.

You agree to receive regular newsletters and system notification emails from EasyHits4U.com.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter anytime by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each our newsletters.
Unsubscribe requests are processed automatically and immediately.

You may not use EasyHits4U.com if you are under 13 (16 years for European Union citizens).

Your direct upline member may also contact you using internal messaging system.
However, if you would like not to receive messages from your upline member in the future, please log into your account and uncheck the "Receive messages from my upline" field on the "Settings" page.

To optimize our site's database we have simple rules to keep it current and fast-loading.
Every site which has zero activity during the last 30 days (no credit assignments, no changes in site status) will be deactivated (set to OFF status).
Every ad which has zero activity during the last 30 days (no credit/impression assignments, no changes in ad status) will be paused.

A declined site which is not deleted within 15 days by its owner is removed from our database during automatic site deletion.
All credits assigned to such sites will be transferred to your account automatically.
<br>
<br>
<b> Not more than one account per person allowed.</b> If you create more than one account, all your accounts will be terminated.
However, you are welcome to refer your relatives (even if you share the same computer and/or IP address).

<br>
<b> Spam is not allowed</b>
<br> If you are found spamming, your account will be terminated right away and you will lose all credits and referrals.<br>
<br>
<b> DO NOT CHEAT</b>
<br>
When one is cheating, he is "stealing" from other members.
Therefore, members who are found to be cheating the system through the use of programs, robotic methods or any other means will have their accounts terminated immediately.
If it becomes necessary for us to terminate an account — all credits and referrals will be forfeited.

Your browser must display advertised Web sites, and may not be minimized to just surf bar.
<br>
<br>
<b> You are not allowed to sell EasyHits4U.com credits or impressions to other users</b>
<br>
Selling EasyHits4U.com credits, banner impressions and text ad impressions is prohibited.
If you are caught selling credits or impressions, we will terminate your and your buyer's accounts right away.<br>
<br>
<b> Non-English ads</b>
<br>
Non-English sites, banners and text ads can be submitted with appropriate language targeting only.<br>
<br>
<b> No illegal content</b>
<br>
We DO NOT accept sites with porn, adult content, warez, illegally copied software or offensive content.
EasyHits4U.com will be the sole decision maker in regards to approving or declining your Web site.<br>
<br>
<b> No more than one popup</b>
<br>
We WILL NOT accept sites with more than one popup.
That popup CAN NOT open new popups.<br>
<br>
<b> Other important restrictions</b>
<ul>
<li> Your site cannot launch more than one JavaScript alert/popup that requires user input to allow surfing to continue;</li>
<li> NO sites that deliver ads in mini or zero-size iframes;<br>
<br>
</li>
<li> Your site must not attempt to automatically download files;<br>
<br>
</li>
<li> You may not advertise any surf pages trying to earn credits from another exchange.
However, we do accept referral links instead;<br>
<br>
</li>
<li> NO sites that freeze the browser window or stop the timer.</li>
</ul>
If you find such a site while surfing, please report it as illegal content using the "Report site" link on the surfing frame.<br>
<br>
<strong>Offers section</strong>
<br>
<ul>
<li> No proxies, fake accounts or any GEO or IP manipulation;<br>
<br>
</li>
<li> Cookies, Javascript and Flash plug-in must be enabled;<br>
<br>
</li>
<li> Ad blockers must be disabled;<br>
<br>
</li>
<li> An offer may be completed only once unless stated otherwise;<br>
<br>
</li>
<li> No multiple users from the same IP address;<br>
<br>
</li>
<li> Insufficient or incorrect data will be regarded as incomplete submission and will not be credited;<br>
<br>
</li>
<li> Any fraud, bots or any other misuse of advertised offers will cause your account to be blocked from the Offer Wall immediately.</li>

<b> Penalties</b>

If you violate any of the Terms, your account will either be penalized for 20-500 credits (to be determined by our staff) or terminated (all referrals and credits will be lost).

<br>
<b> Cancellation Policy</b>

You may cancel your account at any time from the "Settings >.
Delete account" page in the member's area or by contacting our support team.
Your membership will automatically be cancelled after submitting request on the "Delete account" page.
If you decide to contact us to help you with your account cancellation, please allow up to 48 hours not including weekends to cancel your membership.

<b> Refund Policy</b>

Since EasyHits4U.com offers non-tangible digital goods and services, we do not issue refunds once the services are rendered.<br>
<br>We realize that exceptional circumstances can take a place with regard to the type of the product or service we supply.
Refunds for any products or services offered by EasyHits4U.com will only be considered for a refund if any of the following conditions apply:

1) Major technical defects: We perform regular system tests but unexpected errors may occur.
If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations or reimbursements.
OR, at customer's choice, replacement of the product or service of the same or around the same value can be offered.

2) Product not-as-described: such issue should be reported to our Technical Support Team within 7 days from the date of your order.
Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product or service is not as it is described on the website.
Complaints which are based on the customer's false expectations or wishes are not honored.
We don't guarantee that our products or services are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
Therefore, we do not satisfy any refund requests caused by such incompatibility of our products or services.

Please allow 48-72 hours not including weekends for our Support Team to get back to you regarding the problem.

Requests for a refund are accepted at www.easyhits4u.com/contact.html within the period of 7 calendar days after the order is placed.
Please accompany your refund request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund.
Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms of Service.
All refunds will only be issued to the transaction ID related to the sale of the EasyHits4U.com.

<b> Subscription Cancellation Policy</b>

Should you decide to cancel the recurring subscription, the service will expire at the end of your prepaid period, but the subscription fees will not be refunded.
