Terms Of Service <p>These Terms of Service (“ToS”or “Terms of Service”) and the Privacy Policy (hereinafter

have provided for any purposes in any medium in perpetuity, including, but not limited to,
developing and marketing products or services based off of your submissions.

Prohibited Conduct
<p>Please note that your use of the Service is subject to the terms set forth in the Agreement and
you may not do or attempt to do the following:

agent of a copyright holder and you believe that there may be some content provided through the
Service that violates any copyright you may report it to us via a DMCA copyright notice sent to

action as deemed solely by us including but not limited to removal of such content.

Force Majure
<p>We will not be held liable for non-provision or non-performance of the Service as well as any
damage you may incur from such non-performance if we are prevented from providing the Service

earthquakes, natural disasters, acts of God, war, boycott, labor strike, armed conflict or any
other disturbance.

No Waiver
<p>Neither delay nor failure either on your part or ours in exercising any right, privilege or power

Governing Law <p>This Agreement shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the State of California, without
giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
All legal proceedings, actions or claims
shall be brought forth and determined exclusively in the Courts of the County of San Francisco.

Survival
<p>Any warranties, indemnifications and representations made by you shall continue beyond the
termination of this Agreement and/or your use of the Service.
This Terms of Service shall
supersede any prior terms of service released by us and shall also apply over any other
representations or statements made by us to you, whether oral, written, or otherwise.
