"We/us" means VoidNetwork LLC, the company that operates the MoneroSMS service.
"User" and "you" are the same entity, referring to anyone who uses the service.

No commercial marketing, spam, or running automated services involving mass transmission without an agreement
2.
The service may become unavailable at any time, for any duration.
The service may be made unavailable forever.
3.
You accept any damages that may result of service non availablity.
The service being unavailable does not guarantee a refund
4.
Refunds are on a case by case basis, if you have used your number for any purpose you will likely not be given a refund.
Banned users forfeit their credit balance and phone number(s).
5.
If a U.S.
federal sanction list applies to you, you may not use the service.
If you are a wanted criminal, you may not use the service.
6.
No use of the service for any purpose that violates any law in the United States, Missouri, or Canada.
7.
No use of the service for any purpose relating to warfare or cyberwarfare.
8.
No transmission of malware, copyright infringing materials, illegal content, or spammy links/files.
No scamming or harassment/threats using the service
9.
You acknowledge that the service may have errors or incorrect behavior and that you cannot hold us liable for damage resulting from such

You agree that we may refuse business from anyone at any time for any reason.
(Except when not allowed by law)
11.
Sometimes our upstream carriers may block messages, lose service, or terminate your number.
You agree to not hold us liable for any of these issues.
12.
A customer's billing cycle is the same day each month, normalized if there isn't a valid day that month.
For example if you buy a number on october 31st, your next billing date would be december 1st

If your account does not have enough credits to pay for a full month at time of billing, we reserve the right to cancel your number instantly and irrevocably.
We may, at our discretion, wait to do so.
14.
If any provision of this agreement shall be held or made invalid by a court decision, statute or rule, or shall be otherwise rendered invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
15.
Breaking these rules may result in a warning or your account data being deleted without refund or notice.

We have a zero tolerance policy for criminal activity

If any of your accounts are banned, you may not create or use any other account.
18.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, you’ll indemnify MoneroSMS/VoidNetworkLLC and its employees, officers, employees, and contractors for any third-party legal proceedings (including actions by government authorities) arising out of or relating to your unlawful use of the services or violation of these terms.
This indemnity covers any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, judgments, fines, litigation costs, and legal fees.
Privacy: We store what is necessary to operate the service, this includes text messages and their associated metadata.
Typical HTTP web server logs may be stored indefinitely.
Anything sent to us for support purposes will be kept indefinitely for our records.
Payment history is kept forever.
Our systems will scan your messages for abuse.
We will only share your data with third parties in the following scenarios: * If we believe your account has been involved in a crime such as but not limited to fraud/theft, sex crimes, murder, or terrorism.
* To comply with valid legal demands, your data will be shared with appicable authorities
* In the event of a business/product aquisition
* To operate our service, other networks see your SMS messages and phone number You can request to have all user data we have (minus historic payment info) erased.
We will delete data per your request but may exempt some or all for legal or abuse prevention reasons.
