<p>-Most <em>DQ®</em> and <em>Orange Julius® </em>locations worldwide are independently owned and operated franchises:</p>

<li>When you search for a location, some of our locations have a “Careers” link that allows you to send your résumé to that franchise.
This information doesn’t come to us at the corporate headquarters.
It is sent directly to the franchisee.</li>
<li>If you work for a franchised location and have questions about privacy or your privacy rights, please contact the franchisee since the franchisee is your employer and controls your data.</li>
