<p>Version 1.1 (Revised May 18, 2018)</p> Special terms for VPN and Web Proxy <p>The special terms set out in this document (the “<u>Special Terms</u>”) apply to your use of the software or services described in this document, including any updates (each, a “<u>Solution</u>”) offered by Privax Limited or its affiliates identified here (“<u>Vendor</u>”), and any user manuals and instructions provided with the Solution (“<u>Documentation</u>”).
We may modify the Special Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this website.
If you violate the Special Terms or authorize or help others to do so, we may immediately suspend or terminate your use of any or all of our Solutions.
Capitalized terms not otherwise defined by this document have the meanings given by the End User License Agreement (the “<u>Agreement</u>”) for the Solutions available here.</p>
<p>1.
<u>Virtual Private Network</u>.
This Paragraph 1 applies only to the Vendor’s virtual private network product (“VPN”).
Unless you have purchased additional rights, your subscription to our VPN authorizes you to create no more than 5 simultaneous connections in respect of each VPN subscription.
If you exceed the number of simultaneous connections authorized for your VPN subscription, we may at any time without any prior notice to you, suspend or disable your access to, and/or use of, the VPN.
If you wish to increase the authorized number of simultaneous connections for your VPN subscription, please contact us at sales@hidemyass.com.</p>
<p>2.
<u>Web Proxy</u>.
This Paragraph 2 applies only to the use of our web proxy service (the “<u>Web Proxy</u>”).
The Web Proxy is a free service that does not require you to register your details with us.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for, and neither Vendor Group nor any Vendor Partners accepts liability to you or any third party for: (a) your access, viewing or use of, or the contents of (including any offensive or objectionable content), any third party website accessed or viewed while using Web Proxy.
(b) your compliance with the terms of use applicable to any third party website you access, visit or use while using the Web Proxy.
or (c) any claim, loss or damage arising from any content that you create, make available, transmit or display while using Web Proxy, including any claim, loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Vendor Group or Vendor Partners.</p>
<p>3.
<u>Conflicts</u>.
The Agreement may include similar or additional restrictions on your use of a Solution.
