Replit, Inc. As of September 2020 Replit has withdrawn from the Privacy Shield Frameworks as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union, the European Economic Area, and Switzerland to the United States. We will continue to apply the Privacy Shield Principles to the personal information that we received while participating in the Privacy Shield.</p>Information from Children.<p>Our Site and Service are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information (as defined in this Privacy Policy) from children under the age of 13. Where we contract with schools, we only use Log Information (as defined in this Privacy Policy) collected from children under the age of 13 to support the internal operations of our Service. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with Personal Information in violation of this Privacy Policy, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information from our files as soon as is practicable.
