Privacy Policy<p>Last modified: June 8, 2022</p> <p>This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their 'Personally Identifiable Information' (PII) is being used online. PII, as described in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with our website.</p> <p>What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or apps?</p> <p>When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number, medical data or other details to help you with your experience.</p> <p>Although Aidlab in the version 2.2 and higher contains a built-in microphone, we do not record or store any data from it. The implemented microphone has no way of recording raw sound. The only information it can acquire is the sound volume (in dB), but it is turned off by default and does not record any information. If we begin offering any features that require turning on the microphone, we will give advance notice.</p> <p>Location information</p> <p>To enable full experience when user records their acivities with Aidlab, the application asks for background location permissions. The agreement is optional and can be turned off at any time in the phone settings. Background location is used to record and show walks, runs and bike rides on a map, even when screen is turned off or application is in the background.</p> <p>When do we collect information?</p> <p>We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, fill out a form or enter information on our site or apps.</p> <p>How do we use your information?</p> <p>We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site or apps features in the following ways:</p> <ul> <li>To personalize your experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.</li> <li>To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.</li> </ul> <p>How do we protect your information?</p> <p>Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.</p> <p>Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. The Federal Trade Commission, United States' consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online.</p> <p>We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.</p> <p>We do not let third-parties, including ad networks or plug-ins collect PII from children under 13.</p> <p>Fair Information Practices</p> <p>The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information.</p> <p>In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur:</p> <ul> <li>We will notify users via email, within 1 business day</li> <li>We will notify users via in-site notification, within 1 business day</li> </ul> <p>We also agree to the Individual Redress Principle which requires that individuals have the right to legally pursue enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law. This principle requires not only that individuals have enforceable rights against data users, but also that individuals have recourse to courts or government agencies to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors.</p> <p>Deleting the data</p> <p>You have the right to delete your data if the following conditions are met:</p> <ul> <li>You are not in any Team.<p>You can leave a Team at any time by opening to your Team tab under the Teams list, and pressing "Leave the Team".</p> </li> <li>You do not have a Premium Plan.<p>You can cancel your Premium Plan at any time under the Plans.</p> </li> </ul> <p>You can delete the data by deleting your account. Firstly you need to click on Settings and then "Delete account". When you delete your account the whole data that you provided before will be automatically deleted. The deletion of data means the anonymization of data allowing for the identification of the User.</p>
