ConditionsPrivacy Policy Important information and who we are This is the Privacy Policy for “Money Dashboard”. Money Dashboard is an Account Information Service Provider (AISP). Our service is provided at www.moneydashboard.com and associated mobile applications. It allows you to see all your online banking accounts in one place, and analyses your account information and transactions to help you spend, save and borrow more efficiently (which we refer to in this policy as our “service” or “services”). Money Dashboard is owned and operated by Money Dashboard Limited. Our company number is SC301187. Our registered office is at Suite 2, Ground Floor, Orchard Brae House, 30 Queensferry Road, Edinburgh, EH4 2HS. When we refer to our trading name “Money Dashboard” or “we”, “us” or “our” in this policy, we are referring to the Money Dashboard Limited. We are the data ‘controller’ in relation to the personal data you provide to us, which means we determine the purposes and the way in which your personal data is, or will be, processed. As an FCA regulated firm, we have statutory obligations to retain records with respect to the financial services we have provided to you, or introduced to you. Such records will be retained for the shorter of either 12 months beyond the conclusion of the financial service provided, or 5 years. If you cancel your account with us, these statutory records will be archived, and all other information will be deleted. Where we anonymise your personal data (i.e. so that it can no longer be associated with you) for further research or statistical purposes, then we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
