15.1 The Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, exclusive of any choice of law principle that would require the application of the law of a different jurisdiction, and the laws of the United States of America including the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. ยง1, et seq. Any dispute or claim relating to or arising out of the Agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
