Except as otherwise expressly stated in these Terms, all matters relating to your access to, or use of, the Service shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland without regard to its conflict of laws provisions and any disputes arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of an appropriate court in Switzerland. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of Basel, Switzerland.
