24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction</strong> This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland under the exclusion of its conflict of law provisions and the International Convention on the Sale of Goods (CISG). The ordinary courts of Zug, Switzerland, shall have sole jurisdiction relating to any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
