14.11 Governing Law. Venue. Attorney's Fees. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with, and governed in all respects by, the internal laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to choice of law principles. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, and shall be decided solely and exclusively by State courts located in Clay County, Missouri or Federal Court within the County of Jackson.
