You hereby agree that the judicial proceeding to resolve claims relating to the Terms of Service will be brought in the courts of British Virgin Islands, unless the laws of your country of residence have mandatory provisions that apply to the dispute that cannot be overridden by the contractual choice of law.</p>13.
