This Agreement, its conclusion and execution as well as all matters not regulated hereby shall be governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.</p> <p> 8.4. Arbitration Court. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement are subject to jurisdiction of courts at the Administration’s location in accordance with the current procedural law of the Russian Federation.</p> <p> 8.5.
